Joseph Swingle

President & CEO

With a background in leading growth and operational excellence in various organizations, Joe Swingle is the President and CEO of Gulfstream Legal Group. A founding member of Gulfstream, his hands-on leadership over the past 26 years has grown Gulfstream into a leader in the eDiscovery, Managed Services, and Records Retrieval industries.
Joe continues to lead the company’s growth with an outstanding team of dedicated professionals at all levels in the organization.

He truly believes that the people at Gulfstream are the driving force behind the high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing success of the company.

Ryan Rhodes

VP of Business Development

With more than 20 years in the eDiscovery market, Ryan Rhodes is the Vice President of Business Development for Gulfstream Legal Group. Ryan joined Gulfstream with a background in professional services and sales strategies, and he previously sat in leadership roles in two start-up companies that achieved industry-leading growth. Ryan joined Gulfstream in early 2009, at which time he led the professional services division of the eDiscovery department. Ryan takes pride in establishing lasting, trustworthy relationships, and has built a strong reputation throughout the industry.

Ryan continues to lead the company’s record sales growth in eDiscovery and managed services with the assistance of dedicated professionals surrounding him. In addition, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and has been a Certified Sales Professional of Relativity since 2010.

Ari Mandel

Vice President of Discovery Services

With over 20 years of senior client service leadership experience within the legal technology community, Ariyah Mandel supports Gulfstream Legal clients with the successful application of the eDiscovery framework, ensuring effective design, implementation, and execution of eDiscovery services and technology.

Ari works closely with Gulfstream clients and Gulfstream team members to ensure the effective delivery of services to agreed business outcomes, expectations and service levels. With a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management, Ari brings a variety of experience from roles in operations, development, technology, and management during his time at corporations, law firms, and alternative legal service providers.

Randall Fulenwider

Director of Operations

Randall Fulenwider is Director of Operations of Gulfstream Legal Group where he oversees Gulfstream’s technology, eDiscovery, and delivery functions. Randall has accumulated over 20 years of eDiscovery operations and project management experience through his involvement in the legal technology community.

Randall supports the day-to-day technology infrastructure, data operations and ESI Analyst team. He works closely with the Gulfstream Project Management team members to ensure quality work product and timely deliveries to Gulfstream clients. Randall brings a variety of experience from roles in operations, information technology, data collections, legal investigation, and project management.

Mark Reed

Director of Records Retrieval Services

Mark uses his knowledge gained from 25+ years in the record retrieval industry in ways that he didn’t foresee. He initially focused on the “front end” of the process (research, data entry and creating legal documents) and has hands-on experience with overseeing and coordinating more than 850,000 requests for records. However, Mark’s role expanded into improving and streamlining the entire process by focusing on personal client contact and teambuilding.

His direct interaction with clients changed his perspective about how to achieve the best result. He has learned that cross-training is crucial for avoiding delays and providing advancement opportunities for teammates. Mark feels the team deserves 98% of the credit for Gulfstream’s success and stellar reputation in the industry.

Nichole Royston

Customer Service Manager

Nichole Royston has been an integral key to Gulfstream’s success for more than 12 years. Her experience with lawsuits ranges from large-scale multidistrict litigation to small claims court. She emphasizes a cost-effective approach for every client that results in improved turnaround time and increased efficiency.

Nichole’s specialty is providing timely and thorough status updates to clients while offering solutions and guidance for achieving the goal: obtaining records as often and quickly as possible.
