ESI Project Manager
Full Time – Houston, TX

The ESI Project Manager is the client-facing primary point of contact for active client matters and as such, the ESI Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of project engagements from initial set up to completion.  Along the way the Project Manager will ensure clients’ needs are met to their satisfaction and proactively take all steps to ensure clients receive our high-quality level of service.

The Project Manager will manage, and coordinate projects related to legal technology solutions by providing consultative support and applying project management strategies to manage cases efficiently and effectively. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the litigation lifecycle, litigation technology and electronic discovery. Experience planning and managing legal technology projects and an understanding of legal technology solutions such as Relativity and LAW PreDiscovery as well as strong documentation skills are required. Must be highly organized, have the ability to consult with attorneys, handle stressful situations, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

An RCA is a plus but is not required. Must have strong communication skills and experience with MS Office suite.  Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strong attention to detail and communicate in an effective, professional manner with other team members.

ESI Analyst
Full Time – Houston, TX

The ESI Analyst will assist in organizing and maintaining Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and other litigation documents following standardized protocols to ensure best practices and compliance with requirements for document preservation in all litigation engagements.

Responsibilities will include staging data, processing, resolving errors, document production, database management, data manipulation and conversion as well as providing technical support to the Project Management team.  The ideal candidate will come in ready to hit the ground running. Must have experience processing data, preferably in Relativity.

Experience with LAW and/or Relativity is preferred.  An RCA is a plus but is not required. Must have strong communication skills and experience with MS Office suite.  High school diploma or equivalent.
